Empowering Community,
Realizing Potential,
Building a Sustainable Future

At the heart of our vision and mission lies people—the youth and adolescents seeking opportunity, the women striving for equality, the farmers cultivating resilience, the persons with disabilities enriched with unique abilities and potential, and the children dreaming of a brighter future filled with hope. Our work is for them and with them.

WHO WE ARE

We Empower Communities

for Inclusive and Sustainable Development

SAFE & TRANSPARENT DONATIONS

Partnering with Donors to Transform Rural Lives

IRDA envisions a strong, trusted, and transformative partnership ecosystem—uniting donors, government agencies, development organizations, academia, private sector actors, and community institutions—to accelerate rural development, deepen impact, and improve the lives of vulnerable populations across northern Bangladesh. We seek to build long-term, values-driven collaborations grounded in shared commitment to social justice, gender equality, climate resilience, and inclusive community empowerment.

IRDA’s vision is to work hand-in-hand with partners who believe in sustainable change, co-create innovative solutions, and jointly invest in a future where every rural household achieves dignity, opportunity, and resilience.
