Integrated Rural Development Association (IRDA) works with youth, women, children, adolescent, and marginalized communities in Nilphamari District of Bangladesh to promote inclusive and sustainable development. Through community-led programs in education, health, livelihoods, gender equality, and climate resilience, we help people become self-reliant and agents of lasting change.

IRDA follows a rights-based, community-centered, and inclusive approach to rural development. Our programs are co-created with communities to ensure ownership, relevance, and sustainability.
We integrate gender equality, disability inclusion, safeguarding, and climate resilience as cross-cutting principles in all interventions. IRDA applies evidence-based practices, local data, and global development insights while remaining firmly grounded in the context of northern Bangladesh.
